Transportation from / to airport
The ones who arrive to Antalya International Airport, Taxis are available from the airport, which costs about approximately 50-60 € with 45-50 minutes journey to the hotel according to the traffic.
The ones who request private transfers they should book their transfer in advance informing their arrival and departure time with flight number and the names of participants.
The Private transfer rates are as follows:

30.- € (one way 1-4 persons)
25.- € (one way 5-12 persons)


Visas
All foreign Participants should carry a valid passport and should verify visa requirements at the Turkish Consulate in their respective countries. Participants from those countries where there are no Turkish diplomatic representation can obtain their visa at the airport on arrival in Turkey. U.S Passport holders also can obtain their visa at the airport (U.S. $ 45.-) by paying in foreign currency.

Money and Credit Cards
The Turkish currency is Turkish Lira (TL) The exchange rate changes daily. A rough estimate would be 1 €= 2.52TL . Central Bank of Turkey daily determines the exchange rates for Turkish Lira, which are published in newspapers. All major international credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard are accepted almost everywhere, American Express and Diners Club are accepted in some hotels, restaurants and shops but not commonly used.

Banking and Currency Exchange:
Foreign currency can be exchanged on arrival at Antalya International Airport. Banks in Turkey are open from 9.00 to 12.00 and 13.30 to 16.30 Monday through Friday. Some downtown banks provide extended banking hours. Banks are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Cash Point (ATM) services are available through most banks. Additional exchange facilities are also available at the airports, hotels and exchange bureaus.

The climate of the province Antalya is hot in the summer and temperate and rainy in the winters. April to October and the winters are pleasantly mild. The humidity is a little bit high, about 70%. In May the average water temperature is 20 ºC.

Language
Turkish is the official language. In big cities many people speak English, German, or French. As Latin alphabet is used it is easy to read street names and signs.

Invitation Letter
Invitation letters for the conference participation in order to be delivered to the institutions shall be sent to the registered participants upon the request.

Certificate
All delegates who have registered to the conference will receive their certificate of attendance on 28 OCTOBER, 2014.

Name Badge
We kindly ask all participants and accompanying persons to use their name badges for security when access the conference centre, during scientific sessions, exhibition and social program.

Registration Desk
Conference registration, accommodation, airport shuttle operation and information services will be available between the hours of 08:00 to 19:00.

Exhibition Area
Exhibitors area will be opened between the hours of 10:00 to 19:00 during the conference.
